Tooth-Friendly Super Bowl Recipes

Hummus & Cucumber

Chickpeas are full of healthy nutrients that promote cell growth. The cucumbers are a healthy alternative to chips, and will help freshen your breath, too!

¼ Cup Lemon Juice

2 Cans of Chickpeas

4 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Garlic Clove

1 Teaspoon Cumin

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Cucumber

½ Tablespoon Parsley

Mix all of the ingredients in a blender (except the cucumber). Blend and place in a serving dish. Slice up the cucumber and dip a piece in hummus for a delicious treat.

Meat and Cheese Platter

Cheese is full of tooth strengthening calcium. Shape some sliced pepperoni in the shape of a football for a festive Super Bowl platter.
