Financial Arrangements
Your treatment plan includes a breakdown of all applicable fees. Prior to treatment, we will inform you of all costs, as well as insurance estimates.
We will review our payment options with you to accommodate your financial needs. In addition to accepting major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover), we accept Care Credit, Proceed Financing, and have a range of in-office financing options as well.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice (business day) for all cancellations to avoid a $50 fee.
